དྲ་སྐྱི།
biol. Layer of light-sensitive tissue at the back of the eye, composed of tiny light-sensitive antennae called rods and cones. Rods sense light and darkness; cones sense color. འོད་ལ་ཚོར་བ་སྐྱེན་པའི་སྣེ་ལེན་པ་ཕྲ་མོ་སྟེ་དབྱུག་དབྱིབས་དང་སྙུང་དབྱིབས་ཕྲ་ཕུང་གིས་གྲུབ་ཅིང་མིག་གི་རྒྱབ་ངོས་སུ་ཡོད་པའི་འོད་ལ་ཚོར་བ་སྐྱེན་པའི་ཕུང་གྲུབ་ཀྱི་རིམ་པ་ཞིག དབྱུག་དབྱིབས་ཕྲ་ཕུང་གིས་འོད་དང་མུན་པ་ཚོར་ལ་སྙུང་དབྱིབས་ཕྲ་ཕུང་གིས་ཁ་དོག་ཚོར་གྱི་ཡོད།
