biol. A sudden automatic withdrawal movement occurring in response to a painful stimulus and effected by the contraction of the flexor muscles of all the joints on the same side.
ཟུག་རྔུ་སྐྱེད་པའི་སྐུལ་རྐྱེན་ཞིག་དང་འཕྲད་སྐབས་ཡ་ལན་གྱི་ཚུལ་དུ་རང་དབང་གི་སྒོ་ནས་གློ་བུར་དུ་འབྱུང་བའི་ཕྱིར་འཐེན་གྱི་འགུལ་སྐྱོད་ཅིག་ལ་གོ་ཞིང་། ལྷུ་ཚིགས་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཕྱོགས་ངོས་གཅིག་ན་ཡོད་པའི་སྐུམ་བྱེད་ཤ་སྒྲིམ་སྐུམ་པ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་འབྱུང་བ་ཡིན།
