བྱུང་བའི་དྲན་པ།

Episodic memories include various details about these events, such as what happened, when it happened and where it happened.
བྱུང་བའི་དྲན་པ་ནི་དོན་རྐྱེན་ནམ་ “བྱུང་བ་” ཞིག་གི་དྲན་པ་ལ་གོ་བ་ཡིན། བྱུང་བའི་དྲན་པ་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་ང་ཚོ་་ཉེ་ལམ་མམ་སྔོན་མའི་བྱུང་བ་ཞིག་གི་དུས་སྐབས་ལ་ཕྱིར་ལོག་བྱེད་ཐུབ་ཀྱི་ཡོད། ཅི་ཞིག་བྱུང་བ་དང། ནམ་ཞིག་ལ་བྱུང་བ། གང་དུ་བྱུང་བ་ལྟ་བུའི་གནས་ཚུལ་དེ་དག་གི་གནས་སྟངས་ཞིབ་ཕྲ་རྣམས་བྱུང་བའི་དྲན་པའི་ཁོངས་སུ་གཏོགས།
