དམིགས་བསལ་ལྟོས་གྲུབ་ཀྱི་དམ་བཅའ།
phys. First: All laws of nature are the same in all uniformly moving frames of reference. Second: The speed of light in free space has the same measured value regardless of the motion of the source or the motion of the observer; that is, the speed of light is invariant.
(༡) བརྟན་པོའི་ངང་ནས་འགུལ་སྐྱོད་བྱེད་ཀྱིན་པའི་ལྟོས་གཞི་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་རང་བྱུང་གི་གཏན་ཁྲིམས་ཚང་མ་གཅིག་པ་ཡིན། (༢) འབྱུང་ཁུངས་ཀྱི་འགུལ་སྐྱོད་དང་རྟོག་ཞིབ་པའི་འགུལ་སྐྱོད་ལ་རག་མི་ལས་པར་རང་དབང་གི་མཁའ་དབྱིངས་སུ་ཚད་འཇལ་བའི་འོད་ཀྱི་མགྱོགས་ཚད་ནི་འདྲ་མཚུངས་ཡིན། འདིའི་དོན་ནི་འོད་ཀྱི་མགྱོགས་ཚད་བརྟན་པོ་ཡིན་པ་དེའོ།
